KHOODEELAAR! rejecting Crossrail scam-backers Brown, Ca-Moron and Boris Johnson’s peddling on Wednesday 5 November 2008 [301]

1600 GMT London Wednesday 5 November 2008: KHOODEELAAR! No to “Crossrail ejecting Boris Johnson’s latest Crossrail plugging stupidity, contradiction and ignorance.Just look at the stupidity, the LATEST instalment of idiocy by Crossrail peddling Boris Johnson:Read what Johnson is quoted today as saying and then consider the question that arises:
How does 10 percent of the ‘capacity’ revolutionise the 100 percent of the whole infrastructure?[To be continued]

“London has some fantastic transport infrastructure, but often you get the
sense that solutionrances that Boris as have been designed around the technology, rather than
around the people it is supposed to serve.
“If you start the day crammed in to a Tube carriage with a stranger’s armpit
in your face, chancsed by his bures are it is going to get you off to a bad start. If you have
to squeeze your way onto your evening bus through a crowd of swearing,
fighting children, chances are you will take that stress into your evening.
“I want to improve Londoners’ quality of life and we will be investing billions in
achieving this through better transport - boosting capacity on the Tube
network by 30 per cent, delivering Crossrail, which will revolutionise the way
we get across the city, and in a host of other measures to improve the
experience of navigating the capital.
“Our guiding principle of value for money will mean that Londoners money is
invested wisely on projects that deliver real results.“

MUHAMMAD HAQUE tells RAILNEWS that Adonis faces Crossrail challenge; that Crossrail should be scrapped [298]

In the past 10 minutes, the following comment has been posted for publication on the RAILNEWS web site:

"You are right to point out the challenge that Adonis will face on Crossrail. The project is worthless. it is not economically viable. Long before the credit crunch, Crossrail had to be promoted. Mostly by conglomerates of Big Business who have a record of looting public funds under guises of infrastructure... KHOODEELAAR! has asked HUNDREDS of questions of the UK Govt, now fronted by Brown but in the years before him, as fronted by Blair demanding to be shown evidence of public demand for Crossrail. Not one even ce has been provided. Even Gordon Brown's own expert. Rod Eddington. refused to endorse Crossrail. And how much is £230 Million in £16 Billion? Crossrail scam touts have also 'promised' £BIllions worth of benefits fro London over 60 years! Just look at the utter irrationality of their spin... Scrap the scam before it becomes even more incredible than itv already is...

KHOODEELAAR! NEXT update on the evidence against London Crossrail wastefulness, due here shortly

KHOODEELAAR! is ECHOED, vindicated in the overall public response to BAA's £230 M Crossrail stunt! as peddled by Adonis...[297]

1850 GMT London Tuesday 4 November 2008:

KHOODEELAAR! exposed the sham Adonis utterance of exactly 12 hours ago...

Now, 12 hours on and after a whole day of research, we could not find one single source that independently could state any significance attaching to the British Airways Authority's [=BAA] alleged readiness now b[note the time and the date and the context] to contribute £230 million towards CRASSrail... EVEN [note that emphasis] Caroline Lucas, that ridiculously waffly and ineffective ‘Green party’ “alternative” [what alternative!!!!] expressed scepticism..... NOBODY that the awfully ignorant ITV London programme talked to could state any credibility to CRASSrail.... Other than the Idiotic Adonis himself..... The plugger and peddler with whose fabrication and peddling the Khoodeelaar! campaign began this morning... 12 hours ago. Those whose ‘comments’ the ‘London Tonight’ slot [broadcast between 1800 and 1855 Hrs GMT Tuesday 4 November 2008] decided to air, the utter majority expressed no support for CROSSRAIL and ALL showed contempt for the callous opportunism of the BAA management who decided to make the stated ‘contribution’ ‘towards’ ‘Crossrail’...[To be continued]

Alistair Darling made false statement in Parliament about ECHR and he is making false plugs for Crossrail now [209]

0855 GMT 0955 Hrs UK Time London Tuesday 21 October 2008:

KHOODEELAAR! No to “the Big Business Crassly conceived Crossrail hole scam”, No to “the ADDITIONAL degeneration of the inner city via Crossrail” No to “the ADDITIONAL deprivation of the community in the East End of London via Crossrail.... for Big Business and their touts...” No to “the COLLUSION with Big Business Crossrail agenda for looting the public under the shielding provided by their touts the sleazy, corrupt elements in control of the actual ‘decision-making’ and the prioritising of the 'options, scams, needs' of the ‘decisions’ in the name of the ‘local’ Tower Hamlets Council ......” TOLD YOU SO!

That Alistair Darling DID mislead the UK Parliament, that he did make a false statement as he formally presented the ‘Crossrail Bill’ [February 2005] in the House of Commons and uttered the statement in a routine, negligent fashion that he was ‘satisfied’ that the contents of that Bill were compatible with the ECHR.... The Europe Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.......

That the ‘local’ Tower Hamlets Council is controlled by a corrupt clique [regardless of its particular membership] that is NOT democratically representative of the local community. That the ‘local’ Tower Hamlets Council is hostile to the local people. That the ‘local’ Tower Hamlets Council is disrespectful to the local community and is a courier of the agenda of Big Business and assorted other corrupt and crime-generating interests and agencies...That the ‘local’ councillors do NOT represent the local communities as the first priority... That the ‘local’ councillors are not accountable to the ‘local’ community concerned din each ward... and across the ordinary Borough of Tower Hamlets... That their collusion with the Big Business Crossrail hole scam is evidence of that... a symbol of that and a symptom of that....... [To be continued]

Muhammad Haque daily world [economic and ethical] - dissecting the latest Ken Livingstone lies and falsehoods for Crossrail hole Bill

0955 Hrs GMT
London Tuesday 7 August 2007

The Muhammad Haque daily world ethical commentary – exposing [having to expose] yet again the litany of lies being committed by the so-called ‘quality’ [!] newspapers and their internet outlets published from London.

The next edition of the Muhammad Haque commentary concentres on the latest fabrications for Crossrail, hole plot as carried by the print editions of the London EVENING ‘no standards’ STANDARD on Monday.

The pieces are fronted by ‘Undone Mayor’ Ken Lyingstill Livingstone, whose lying skills and propensities have been already diagnosed and linked with the Big Business looters of public resources and also exposed over the weekend when he was caught having colluded with the lying Guardian to plant a totally unbelievable and false ‘attack’ on Lyingstill's planned rival Boris Johnson.

The alleged attack as staged by Lyingstill Livingstone via the Guardian was at first noticed and then immediately dissected by AADHIKARonline on Saturday 4 August 2007.

It took the others DAYS to catch up and the Daily mail only published a very restrained acknowledgement of the [what has been in effect] ethnic surrogate role that Doreen Lawrence has been made to perform, for the terminally insecure and ego maniac and pernicious corrupter of London public life the 'Undone mayor' Ken Livingstone.

AADHIKARonline quoting the London 'news' outlet 'the independent' [7 August 2007] which has now joined the bandwagon of Crossrail hole plot liars perpetrating the falsehood that the London Crossrail hole plan is the panacea for all the UK's known economic, social, transport and emotional problems, ills, declines and deficits...AADHIKARonline is the only publishing programme that has been carrying the original items of perpetrations of the Crossrail hole plotters lies as well as publishing the analysis from the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against the crass, the flawed Crossrail hole plot [known also as the ‘hybrid’ ‘Crossrail Bill’ now being tokenistically ‘examined’ in the UK House of Commons]. The following quoted article as published in the INDEPOENDENT London website [7 August 2007] is being dissected [later on today Tuesday 7 August 2007] by AADHIKARonline which will also examine the variant of CRASSRAIL hole lies being carried by the FT [Financial Times] today.

MPs back variable trading tax plan
By Esther Shaw
Published: 07 August 2007
A cross-party committee of MPs today called on the Government to give local authorities power to raise extra business taxes in order to fund specific transport and infrastructure projects.

The Communities and Local Government Select Committee said the Government should look favourably upon proposals for a supplementary business rate, proposed earlier this year by Sir Michael Lyons in his inquiry into the future of local government funding.

The MPs' report claimed that enabling councils to vary local business rates would be a "positive step towards financial devolution."

At present, businesses pay local taxes through the uniform business rate, set centrally in Whitehall. But in his report, Sir Michael recommended a supplementary business rate to allow councils to levy a limited extra charge - of up to 4p in the pound - for spending on approved projects.

This would, for example, enable local authorities to fund local economic expansion such as city tramways and commuter systems such as Crossrail, the proposed mainline train service to connect East and West London.

However, the Committee also stressed the need for the Government to set the basic parameters within which the new rate might operate, to protect local businesses and support the local economic environment such as securing the agreement of the local business community as to how the money should be spent.

The MPs said that where wider variations were contemplated, a ballot of the business community affected should be a standard measure.

"Supplementary business rates will be a significant step forward in terms of liberation and local empowerment," said Dr Phyliss Starkey, MP, chair of the Committee. "If the Government gets the framework right, local authorities will be able to take forward these proposals in a manner closely tailored to the specific needs and individual circumstances of the areas they represent."

She added that "protections and safeguards" recommended by the Committee would alleviate the concerns raised by some areas of the business community about returning even a small amount of control over local business rates to local authorities,

Sir Jeremy Beecham, vice-chairman of the Local Government Association (LGA), added: "The over-centralised business rates system has for too long left councils unable to levy funding for local schemes and undermined local democracy. [This scheme] would bolster growth and promote local economic development," he said. However, the CBI said its support for the levy would depend on businesses being allowed a deciding vote: "If business is to have confidence that a supplementary tax is set appropriately and used wisely, it must have clearly defined limits and safeguards," said John Cridland, CBI director-general. "Giving employers a vote is the only way to ensure they're bought into a local project, yet the report only recommends a ballot if the extra levy is above 10 per cent."
