The Muhammad Haque daily world ethical commentary – exposing [having to expose] yet again the litany of lies being committed by the so-called ‘quality’ [!] newspapers and their internet outlets published from London.
The next edition of the Muhammad Haque commentary concentres on the latest fabrications for Crossrail, hole plot as carried by the print editions of the London EVENING ‘no standards’ STANDARD on Monday.
The pieces are fronted by ‘Undone Mayor’ Ken Lyingstill Livingstone, whose lying skills and propensities have been already diagnosed and linked with the Big Business looters of public resources and also exposed over the weekend when he was caught having colluded with the lying Guardian to plant a totally unbelievable and false ‘attack’ on Lyingstill's planned rival Boris Johnson.
The alleged attack as staged by Lyingstill Livingstone via the Guardian was at first noticed and then immediately dissected by AADHIKARonline on Saturday 4 August 2007.
It took the others DAYS to catch up and the Daily mail only published a very restrained acknowledgement of the [what has been in effect] ethnic surrogate role that Doreen Lawrence has been made to perform, for the terminally insecure and ego maniac and pernicious corrupter of London public life the 'Undone mayor' Ken Livingstone.

AADHIKARonline quoting the London 'news' outlet 'the independent' [7 August 2007] which has now joined the bandwagon of Crossrail hole plot liars perpetrating the falsehood that the London Crossrail hole plan is the panacea for all the UK's known economic, social, transport and emotional problems, ills, declines and deficits...AADHIKARonline is the only publishing programme that has been carrying the original items of perpetrations of the Crossrail hole plotters lies as well as publishing the analysis from the Khoodeelaar! MPs back variable trading tax plan

Published: 07 August 2007
A cross-party committee of MPs today called on the Government to give local authorities power to raise extra business taxes in order to fund specific transport and infrastructure projects.
The Communities and Local Government Select Committee said the Government should look favourably upon proposals for a supplementary business rate, proposed earlier this year by Sir Michael Lyons in his inquiry into the future of local government funding.
The MPs' report claimed that enabling councils to vary local business rates would be a "positive step towards financial devolution."
At present, businesses pay local taxes through the uniform business rate, set centrally in Whitehall. But in his report, Sir Michael recommended a supplementary business rate to allow councils to levy a limited extra charge - of up to 4p in the pound - for spending on approved projects.
This would, for example, enable local authorities to fund local economic expansion such as city tramways and commuter systems such as Crossrail, the proposed mainline train service to connect East and West London.
However, the Committee also stressed the need for the Government to set the basic parameters within which the new rate might operate, to protect local businesses and support the local economic environment such as securing the agreement of the local business community as to how the money should be spent.
The MPs said that where wider variations were contemplated, a ballot of the business community affected should be a standard measure.
"Supplementary business rates will be a significant step forward in terms of liberation and local empowerment," said Dr Phyliss Starkey, MP, chair of the Committee. "If the Government gets the framework right, local authorities will be able to take forward these proposals in a manner closely tailored to the specific needs and individual circumstances of the areas they represent."
She added that "protections and safeguards" recommended by the Committee would alleviate the concerns raised by some areas of the business community about returning even a small amount of control over local business rates to local authorities,
Sir Jeremy Beecham, vice-chairman of the Local Government Association (LGA), added: "The over-centralised business rates system has for too long left councils unable to levy funding for local schemes and undermined local democracy. [This scheme] would bolster growth and promote local economic development," he said. However, the CBI said its support for the levy would depend on businesses being allowed a deciding vote: "If business is to have confidence that a supplementary tax is set appropriately and used wisely, it must have clearly defined limits and safeguards," said John Cridland, CBI director-general. "Giving employers a vote is the only way to ensure they're bought into a local project, yet the report only recommends a ballot if the extra levy is above 10 per cent."
